Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Bosh, operated by Toni Digital Ltd (trading as Bosh), registered in England & Wales (company no. 17268776), registered office Leicester, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
What the service does
Bosh installs and configures a web-application foundation (sign-in, payments, database and SSL) onto a server (“VPS”) you own and control. We provide the installer, the deploy tooling and the starter codebase; you provide and remain responsible for the server, your domain, your third-party accounts (Google, Stripe, hosting), and anything you build on top.
Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your account and credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
Payments, credits & refunds
- Deploys are paid for with credits, sold as one-off packs. Prices are shown at checkout; payment is handled by Stripe.
- A credit is consumed when you start a deploy. Because a deploy provisions real infrastructure, used credits are non-refundable except where required by law or under our money-back guarantee below.
- Unused credits: refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused. Credits are a one-time purchase — there is no subscription to renew or cancel.
- 14-day money-back guarantee:if you purchase a deploy and can’t get a working site live, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full — even if a credit was used. (This is separate from the automatic credit refund when a deploy fails to complete.)
Acceptable use
Don’t use Bosh to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, host malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems or anyone else’s. You are responsible for your deployed site, its content, and its own end-users (including their privacy and your own terms with them).
Test mode & going live
Deploys run with Stripe test modeby default. Switching to live payments is a deliberate step you initiate, and requires completing Stripe’s own verification (KYC). You are responsible for complying with Stripe’s terms and any rules that apply to taking real payments.
Your responsibilities for the deployed software
Once deployed, the software runs on your infrastructure. You are responsible for its operation, security updates you make, the data it stores, backups, and legal compliance toward your own users. We are not a party to the relationship between you and your users.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided “as is”without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your deployed site, or your breach of these terms.
Termination
You can stop using the service any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law. Your deployed site on your own VPS keeps running and is unaffected by ending your Bosh account.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: email us.
